Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end Firco Continuity implementations for banking sanctions screening.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across compliance, payments, and technology, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure regulatory obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role demands strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement with vendors and business units to deliver real-time

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on delivery of sanctions screening or payments systems.
• Strong knowledge of Firco Continuity or similar platforms.
• Understanding of payment messaging formats and channels (SWIFT, FEDWIRE, SEPA).
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Firco Continuity implementations.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, and delivery.
• Coordinate with compliance, payments, and technology teams.
• Oversee system integration with messaging platforms (SWIFT, FEDWIRE, SEPA).
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage risks, issues, and governance to align with internal processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements related to real-time screening and sanctions compliance.
• Prepare status reports for senior management and governance forums.
