United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Recruitment Lead for PFS Sales roles in Singapore. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to source, screen, interview, extend offers and onboard frontline sales talent.

You will advise on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance. A focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and driving hiring KPIs is expected.

Formación

• Degree with 3–5 years of recruitment experience in banking or sales hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good understanding of compliance, licensing, and recruitment governance in financial services

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs.
• Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for frontline sales positions.
• Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.
• Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs
