Paradigm Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Retail Banking Relationship Manager in Singapore to build and manage relationships with customers, identify financial needs, and drive sales for banking and wealth management products.

You will achieve sales targets and provide high-quality customer service, with opportunities for career progression in a leading banking institution.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of sales, banking, insurance, financial services or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Candidates from insurance, telesales, property, automotive and other sales backgrounds are welcome.
