Paradigm Recruitment is seeking a Retail Banking Relationship Manager for a leading bank in Singapore. You will build and maintain relationships, assess financial needs, and propose banking and wealth management solutions to drive customer acquisition and achieve sales targets.

You'll deliver high-quality service, nurture long-term relationships, and benefit from an attractive salary with uncapped commission and strong career progression.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Candidates from insurance, telesales, property, automotive and other sales backgrounds are welcome.
