Qualifications
- 8–12 years IT experience with delivery management in large programs.
- Banking/financial services delivery experience is required.
- Deep Java and Spring knowledge with microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging systems.
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security, and audits.
- Proven Agile/Scrum leadership and release governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology delivery engagements across planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
- Drive project delivery by managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams in English and Mandarin.
- Oversee modern architectures including microservices and event-driven systems.
- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum practices, code reviews, and release governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical oversight across Java, Spring, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and databases.
- Support observability using Splunk, Grafana, and Geneos.
- Maintain governance/docs using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
