Job summary

You will gain exposure to high-quality banking matters across cross-border and domestic transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and structured lending.

Qualifications

• 2+ years UK-equivalent PQE in banking and finance.
• Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or equivalent.
• Strong drafting and legal skills.
• Excellent academic record.
• Experience with cross-border transactions advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cross-border and domestic banking transactions.
• Draft and review financing documents.
• Support senior lawyers with case management.
• Provide practical, business-oriented advice to clients.
