Qualifications

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 4–8 years' PQE.
• Solid track record in banking & finance transactions.
• Strong technical foundation and legal skillset.

• Exposure to the full sweep of banking and finance work, including corporate banking, trade finance, project finance and structured finance.
