Job summary

GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Group Data & AI Governance Specialist to drive data governance and responsible AI initiatives across the Bank Group in Singapore.

You will design policies, processes, and tooling and partner with data science, MLOps, product, technology and risk teams to embed privacy, accountability and fairness. In this role you will implement data quality metrics, governance APIs, and lifecycle governance for traditional ML, GenAI and agentic systems, while guiding

Qualifications

• Strong background in data governance and AI governance.
• Experience with ML risk assessment and model monitoring.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in banking/finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data engineering and MLOps to implement robust data architecture and governance dashboards.
• Implement data quality and AI controls metrics using governance reports and dashboards.
• Implement data governance solutions using APIs, automation, and Generative AI with IT, Data Engineering and IAM teams.
• Establish lifecycle governance for traditional ML, GenAI, and agentic systems from ideation to production.
• Define frameworks to assess AI risks across the lifecycle.
• Develop clear technical guidance and best practices for staff on governance and responsible AI.
• Coordinate governance-related inquiries, audits, and incidents.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to enforce enterprise-wide governance framework and data quality rules.
