Job summary

The role requires 5 to 10 years in Programme Management, PMO or Business Analysis, with experience in large-scale transformation, M&A integration, and strong stakeholder management, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Workstream Planning & Execution: manage day-to-day delivery across assigned anchor workstreams, maintain detailed plans, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: prepare status updates, dashboards, and meeting packs; facilitate stand-ups and working group sessions to maintain momentum.
• Dependency & Change Management: monitor inter-workstream dependencies, assess impact of scope changes, ensure change requests are documented and approved.

Key Responsibilities

• Workstream Planning & Execution: Manage day-to-day delivery across assigned Anchor workstreams, maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Prepare status updates, dashboards, and meeting packs for internal stakeholders; facilitate workstream stand-ups and working group sessions to maintain momentum and resolve blockers.
• Dependency & Change Management: Monitor intra- and inter-workstream dependencies, assess the impact of scope changes, and ensure change requests are properly documented and approved through the governance process.

Requirements

• Degree holder

Minimum5 to 10 years of experienceinProgramme Management, Project Management(PMO)and/or Business Analysis.

Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or strategic change programmes.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

Experience supportingM&A integration, legal entity migration or large-scale organizational transformation programmes.
