Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, including curries, biryani, rice dishes and breads.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation of all dishes.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces and marinades according to recipes.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control.
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Assist with menu preparation and development as required.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
