Job summary

OCBC Bank is recruiting as Bancassurance Specialist to provide advisory services on Bancassurance products under Personal Banking. You will train colleagues, undertake ad hoc upskilling projects, and conduct trainings and seminars when required.

Daily joint appointments with clients and post-appointment discussions are included to help achieve management targets. The role emphasizes mature, confident engagement in client meetings, with potential coaching and team mentoring responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales-related roles.
• Sound analytical mind and ability to multi-task within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on Bancassurance products under Personal Banking.
• Conduct training for Personal Financial Consultants on Bancassurance products.
• Take on ad hoc projects to upskill stakeholders.
• Conduct trainings and seminars as required.
• Manage daily joint appointments including pre/post discussion.
• Achieve revenue targets set by management.
