The Bancassurance Sales Specialist role drives growth by managing relationships with bank clients and promoting our insurance products, collaborating with bank partners to tailor solutions that meet customers’ financial and insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Background in financial services, sales or client advisory roles.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• CMFAS modules (M5, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI) advantageous.
• Strong track record of sales success in bancassurance.
• In-depth knowledge of life, health and general insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Relationship Management: Develop relationships with bank clients and drive insurance product sales through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
• Product Knowledge & Consultation: Subject‑matter expert on insurance products; provide accurate financial guidance and stay updated on offerings.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities and expand bancassurance through networking and pipeline growth.
• Target Achievement: Meet/exceed sales targets and use data to improve strategies.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure advisory procedures and documentation meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
