职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 现烤副厨 / Baking Section Lead

负责醒发、烤炉、出炉节奏和面包品质。 / Lead proofing, oven work, bake timing and bread quality.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 安排醒发、烘烤和出炉计划 / Plan proofing, baking and product-release timing
• 设置炉温、时间和蒸汽 / Set oven temperature, time and steam
• 检查颜色、成熟度、重量和一致性 / Check colour, doneness, weight and consistency
• 培训烤炉员工并管理设备安全 / Train oven staff and manage equipment safety

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少3年面包烘烤及商用烤炉经验。 / At least 3 years in bread baking and commercial-oven operation.
• 学历 / Education: Nitec / 技工教育证书
• 沟通能力 / Communication: 能够清楚理解并传达工作指令、安全要求、配方、生产安排及交接事项。 / Able to understand and communicate work instructions, safety requirements, recipes, production plans and handover matters clearly.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能带领团队，配合早班和高峰出炉。 / Able to lead a team and support early and peak baking shifts.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 醒发、商用烤炉、炉温、烘烤计划、品质、设备安全 / Proofing, commercial ovens, temperature, bake planning, quality, equipment safety
