Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Service Crew to join our F&B Retail team at Bukit Timah. You will handle baking on site, pack foods and beverages, and operate the POS system to process payments and orders.

The role involves serving customers, taking orders with recommendations, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations across busy and quiet periods. 5-day, 44-hour work week; 9am–5pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Learning the art of baking and making fresh products on site
• Packing food and beverages to serve to customers
• Operating the point-of-sale system to process payments and manage transactions
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst providing recommendations from our menu
• Collaborating with team members to support smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Willingness to learn
