Elephant Grounds Singapore is seeking a passionate Baker to support the bakery operations of our new flagship outlet. You will contribute to high-quality, seasonal bakery items that enhance the full café experience.

Responsibilities include preparing baked goods such as sourdough, croissants, and pastries; supporting daily production under the Head Baker; ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and food safety; and assisting in R&D trials when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or pastry productions, preferably in a café or bakery setting.
• Knowledge of artisanal bread and pastries; exposure to viennoiserie is an advantage.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to support the bakery operations of our new flagship outlet to contribute to the brand’s commitment, in delivery high-quality, seasonal, and visually appealing bakery items that enhance the full café experience.
