Job summary

BREAD ERA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on baker to produce a wide range of breads and cakes from dough, staying current with trends and replication. The role requires daily operation of baking equipment and maintaining cleanliness.

You will monitor ingredient inventory, ensure freshness, storage and refrigeration, conduct quality checks, and support production with reliable, hardworking performance. You will execute other duties as assigned.

• Ability to bake all kinds of bread/cake from dough
• Knowledge of latest bread/cake trends and able to replicate them
• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of all materials
• Operate and maintain baking equipment for smooth daily operations
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to uphold our reputation
• Hands on and hardworking
• Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration
• Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment
• Execute any other duties as assigned.
