Job summary

SITA Group is seeking a Solution Specialist, Manager – Baggage Portfolio to drive customer-centric baggage technology solutions across airports and airlines. You will translate customer pain points into compelling proposals, guiding sales and product strategy while ensuring a seamless journey from opportunity to deal closure.

You'll lead cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Pricing and Operations to co-create value, shape proposals, and drive market penetration across

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of airport/airline baggage technologies and processes.
• Deep understanding of regional customer base and engagement methods.
• Able to apply customer journey insights to design solutions.
• Proven pre-sales experience delivering customer-centric designs.
• Fluent in creating business value from technical features.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Sales geographies and Product Management for complex deals.
• Analyze market and propose pipeline targets.
• Develop technical account strategies for long-term benefits.
• Guide regional teams on cost-effective solid solutions.
• Shape customer proposals from early engagement to RFP responses.
• Lead solution design with clear pain points and business processes.
• Deliver product demos and solution workshops for customer context.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Delivery/Pricing/Operations on proposals.
• Drive tailored account strategies with Sales and Business Development.
• Support pricing strategy and value-based commercial modelling.
• Engage in live trials, pilots, and PoC to prove impact.
• Share knowledge across global Solution Specialist Team.
