Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. invites you to join our airport baggage team, where you will lead daily baggage handling operations, coordinate unloading, sorting, and transfer activities, and ensure safety and timeliness.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Min Diploma and ability to work 6 days per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are the keys to success in this fast-paced airport environment. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Min Diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to undergo training and learn baggage-handling processes.
Strong safety and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the baggage handling team during daily operations.
Ensure baggage is loaded, unloaded, sorted, and transferred accurately and on schedule.
Investigate and resolve baggage handling issues or operational disruptions.
Monitor flight schedules and allocate manpower to support operational requirements.
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth baggage operations.
Guide and supervise team members to maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvements.
