Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years managing or leading a software engineering team.
• 5+ years of large-scale backend system development experience.
• Proficient coding skills in Java, Golang, or C++.
• Familiar with middleware technologies like message queues, caching systems, and scheduled tasks.
• Led development and architectural design of medium to large scale systems with high concurrency and availability.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design of medium to large-scale backend systems (sellers, products, partners, operation platforms, creators & affiliates).
• Abstract business logic and design scalable architectures based on business characteristics and best practices.
• Ensure stability engineering across global multi-data center environments, including disaster recovery and degradation strategies.
• Provide guidance to engineers at all levels and lead the team to deliver high-quality results.
• Understand business pain points, research industry solutions, and drive medium-to-long term technical strategy.
• Drive implementation with persistence to achieve tangible results.
