Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building commercial / enterprise-grade backend platforms.
• Programming proficiency with language-agnostic approaches.
• Practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong grounding in concurrency, scalability, and fault-tolerant system design.
• Excellent debugging, critical thinking, and communication skills; able to be the go-to technical contact for stakeholders.

• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders as the primary technical contact for your initiative.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years designing and building commercial / enterprise-grade backend platforms or components.
• Strong programming ability. The role is language-agnostic.
• Practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong grounding in concurrency, scalability, and fault-tolerant system design.
• Excellent debugging, critical thinking, and communication skills; comfortable as the go-to technical contact for non-engineering stakeholders.

Good to haves:

• Strong programming ability in Python is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience building and shipping LLM‑based products in production (chatbots, agents, or similar).
• Experience building agents on AWS Lambda / serverless architectures.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming / dataflow systems.
• Experience building or working with AI evaluation frameworks / harnesses.
