Job summary

AGLAIA FAMILY OFFICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Back-Office Operations Analyst to support daily client portfolio operations, ensuring accurate processing of investment activities and timely trade settlements.

The role requires 2–5 years in financial services, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with investment products. You will contribute to cash reconciliations, data governance, and performance reporting while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services.
• Good understanding of investment products and financial instruments.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with portfolio management systems is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor trade instructions across asset classes (equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives).
• Ensure timely and accurate trade capture, settlement, and booking.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Track and process capital calls and distributions for private market investments.
• Coordinate with investment teams and custodians to ensure proper fund flow and documentation.
• Maintain and update security master data including pricing, identifiers (ISIN, SEDOL), asset classification, and counterparty details.
• Validate and reconcile investment data across systems and sources.
• Perform daily and monthly cash and holdings reconciliations with custodians and counterparties.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner.
• Support the generation and validation of performance reports for client portfolios.
• Ensure accuracy of return calculations and attribution metrics.
• Assist with preparation of client presentations and investment reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance and external auditors to support annual financial reporting for trusts, entities, or funds.
• Provide necessary transaction data, valuations, and reconciliations as required.
• Identify inefficiencies or manual processes and suggest/implement improvements.
• Assist in automation, documentation, and testing of new operational workflows and tools.
