Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced B2B and project marketing leader in Singapore. You will own the planning and execution of project marketing strategies for developers, hospitality operators, and A&D, driving early-stage specification influence and developing tailored marketing toolkits.

You will collaborate with sales on sell-in and sell-out, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate across regional and global initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in marketing with regional project ownership.
• Background in B2B/project marketing within architecture/design/construction/hospitality.
• Experience with developers, A&D, or project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Confident communicator engaging sales, HQ and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset linking marketing activity to pipeline influence and ROI.
• Relationship-driven within the A&D community.
• Comfortable building something new with partial structure.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of project marketing strategies for developers, hospitality operators, and A&D.
• Drive early-stage specification influence, not just downstream sales support.
• Develop and localise marketing toolkits - developer decks, case studies, specification guides, project storytelling.
• Partner with sales on sell-in (specification stage) and sell-out (via project-fulfilment dealers).
• Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders across project marketing initiatives, tracking pipeline impact.
• Lead A&D engagement planning alongside the AXOR ambassador and wider marketing team.
• Plan and execute design-led events, salons, and roundtables.
• Build relationships with architecture & design media and publications.
• Champion positioning in premium project spaces.
• Act as regional project manager for global B2B initiative rollouts, ensuring adoption across SEA markets.
• Align with HQ on campaigns, messaging, and priority segments.
• Share market insights and prepare status updates that keep stakeholders aligned.
• Bridge project marketing with dealer/trade marketing.
• Drive high-value B2B content - case studies, designer collaborations, technical storytelling.
• Work with Public Relations agencies and media to secure project features and elevate brand credibility.
