The role collaborates closely with sales teams to convert leads and grow the customer base. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3-6 years of B2B marketing and lead generation experience.
• Experience in campaign execution and sales support initiatives.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B marketing activities, including campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Research market opportunities and identify potential customers across targeted industries.
• Maintain and improve CRM databases to support customer growth.
• Engage customers to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports and insights to support sales strategies and business decisions.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion and performance.
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and internal systems for reporting and analysis.
