Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B marketing initiatives in Singapore. You will plan and execute lead-generation campaigns, research new industries and target segments, and manage CRM data to support sales growth.

You will collaborate with the Sales team to translate insights into opportunities, analyse marketing and sales data, and contribute to measurable business results in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proven lead generation, campaign execution and sales-support marketing.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI/Tableau/Power Automate is advantageous.
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Proactive, analytical and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution and sales-support marketing.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Proactive, analytical and results-driven, with strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership.
