Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive for Tampines North, with hours 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will build and maintain relationships with B2B customers, understand fragrance needs, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating projects from enquiry to commercialization, preparing quotations, and liaising with internal teams to deliver tailored fragrance solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in B2B business development, sales or account management in a non-perishable FMCG environment.
• Experience in fragrance, flavours, ingredients, chemicals, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Customer-oriented with commercial awareness.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable fragrance solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Manage customer accounts and coordinate projects from enquiry to commercialization.
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Provide timely customer support and ensure excellent service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
