Qualifications

• Prior experience in technical servicing or fragrance/scenting industry is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills are required.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred, with willingness to travel between client sites.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic spoken English and ability to liaise with site contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission scent diffusion systems at client premises, ensuring functionality and aesthetic integration.
• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot machines across hotels, malls, offices, and wellness facilities.
• Replace scent refills and calibrate diffusion output for optimal performance.
• Lead and supervise junior technicians when required.
• Ensure adherence to site safety rules and risk assessments.
• Support fragrance oil production tasks including blending, bottling and labeling.
• Coordinate service appointments and update internal tracking systems.
• Interact with clients on-site and provide basic user training when needed.
• Report feedback to operations and product development teams.
• Support warehouse operations including packing or dispatch prep.

Engel’s Sense has an established presence in B2B scenting services, providing customised fragrances and professional scenting systems to hotels, retail malls, corporate offices, healthcare institutions, and other commercial environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Operations Executive to join our team in Singapore. This is a key role involving both on-site installation and maintenance of scent diffusion systems and in-house fragrance oil production. You will be part of a dynamic and growing company that delivers scenting solutions to clients across hospitality, retail, commercial, and wellness sectors. This role requires someone who is hands-on, service-oriented, and comfortable managing both technical servicing and light production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission scent diffusion systems at client premises, ensuring functionality and aesthetic integration.
• Conduct regular servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines across hotels, malls, offices, and wellness facilities.
• Replace scent refills and calibrate diffusion output for optimal performance.
• Lead and supervise junior technicians when required.
• Ensure adherence to all site safety rules, work-at-height regulations, and risk assessments.

2. Fragrance Oil Production

• Support daily production tasks including fragrance blending, bottling, and labelling.
• Follow precise formulation procedures to maintain scent consistency and quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the production workspace as per NEA standards.
• Record production batches and monitor inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies.

3. Client & Operations Support

• Coordinate service appointments and update internal tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients on-site and provide basic user training if needed.
• Feedback site or product issues to the operations and product development teams.
• Support warehouse operations when needed, including packing or dispatch prep.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a technical servicing role (e.g. HVAC, electrical, mechanical, facility maintenance) or in a fragrance, scenting, or chemical handling industry is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail, especially when dealing with scent consistency.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (e.g. ceiling-mounted units).
• Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred, with willingness to travel between client sites.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic spoken English and ability to liaise with site contractors and clients.

Good to Have:

• WSQ certifications (e.g. Work-At-Height, Apply Workplace Safety and Health) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore's building and mall management procedures.

Salary range: SGD 2,800 to 3,000 per month.
