Job summary

Hire Digital is seeking an experienced Audience Growth & Marketing Automation Manager to drive content-led campaigns and audience development for a global B2B audience in financial services. You will own Pardot campaigns, integrate with Salesforce, and optimize emails, landing pages, and forms.

The role requires 6–10 years in digital marketing or marketing automation, strong Pardot/SFDC skills, and a track record in lead gen through content. Hybrid work in Singapore is supported.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of digital marketing, audience development or marketing automation experience.
• Strong Pardot and Salesforce CRM expertise.
• Experience growing audiences and generating leads via content.
• Background in B2B publishing, media, or research.
• Proven ability to manage LinkedIn, email, and paid campaigns.
• Excellent English, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ownership of strategy and execution.
• Hybrid work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns that attract and nurture senior audiences in financial services.
• Distribute editorial and research content through LinkedIn, email, paid media and digital channels.
• Own Pardot campaigns, including Engagement Studio programmes, dynamic lists, segmentation, scoring and grading.
• Build and optimise emails, landing pages and forms.
• Maintain effective lead handover and campaign tracking between Pardot and Salesforce.
• Improve database quality, email deliverability and audience engagement.
• Report on campaign performance, lead quality and conversions.
• Use AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and support growth.
