Job summary

DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer in Singapore to design and implement secure Azure-based cloud infrastructure aligned with policies such as IM8 and Zero Trust. You will oversee contractors, support CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of cloud-hosted applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform/Cloud Operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud security controls.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure aligned with government policies and standards (e.g., IM8, Zero Trust).
• Oversee contractors managing application systems hosted in the Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Enable and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management.
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Conduct change management to support operations and governance compliance.
