Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an experienced AI engineer to design and deploy AI agents and GenAI solutions in Singapore. You will collaborate with domain experts, translate requirements into AI-driven products, and build integrations using Azure AI services, including OpenAI, Foundry, and ML.

You will implement RAG pipelines, chatbots, and agentic workflows, leveraging LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and other orchestration tools, while ensuring security, governance, and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deploy GenAI solutions and AI agents.
• Hands-on Python development and cloud-native delivery.
• Experience with Azure AI services and LLM-based apps.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and end-to-end GenAI solutions to solve complex business and engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Build and integrate solutions using Azure AI services (OpenAI, Foundry, ML, AI Search).
• Develop RAG pipelines, AI copilots, chatbots, and agentic workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks.
