Job summary

Unison Consulting in Singapore seeks an experienced AI engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions across manufacturing domains. You will work with domain PhDs to translate complex processes into practical workflows, integrate tools and APIs, and ensure production readiness with security and governance.

Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and multi-agent systems is highly valued, along with strong Python programming.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong Python programming skills with production-grade AI experience.
Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in real-world environments.
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents.
Experience developing multi-agent workflows, tool-calling agents, autonomous/semiautonomous workflows, and RAG-based agents.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and end-to-end agentic AI solutions across multiple domains.
Collaborate with domain PhDs to translate complex processes into practical AI workflows.
Translate domain knowledge into structured workflows, agent architectures, tools, models, and production-ready systems.
Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and tools for real-world task execution.
Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize agentic AI solutions with governance and security.
