Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore is seeking an AI Developer to design AI agents and intelligent solutions at the intersection of technology and manufacturing. You will collaborate with PhD-level domain experts to map complex processes and translate them into Azure-based AI-driven systems.

You will build end-to-end solutions using Azure OpenAI, ML, and cognitive services, deploy in production, and ensure security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry / ML, Cognitive Services).
• Experience building LLM-based applications, AI agents, and RAG systems.
• Ability to interface with technical domain experts and translate specialized knowledge into working systems.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills across unfamiliar technical domains.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and end-to-end solutions spanning multiple technical and manufacturing domains.
• Collaborate with domain PhDs and experts to understand, document, and map complex processes.
• Translate scientific knowledge into structured workflows, models, and agentic systems.
• Develop and integrate solutions using Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning).
• Build RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, and tool-calling agents grounded in domain knowledge.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize solutions in production with appropriate security and governance.
