Qualifications

• Degree in CS/SE with 3+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud operations.
• Hands-on in designing and troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SHIP-HATS or similar DevSecOps platforms and release governance.
• Knowledge of monitoring, log analytics, alerting, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) across dev, UAT, staging, and prod.
• Implement secure deployment automation, including approval workflows, audit trails, and rollback procedures.
• Support AWS-based cloud operations and infrastructure configuration.
• Develop automation scripts, reusable templates, and deployment standards.
• Integrate security controls into pipelines: vulnerability scans, secrets management, code quality checks.
