Qualifications

• Experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management: Incident, Problem, Change Management.
• Experience with observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure aligned with government policies and standards (e.g., IM8, Zero Trust).
• Oversee contractors managing cloud-hosted application systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices with application teams; drive automation to improve efficiency.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management.
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Conduct change management to support operations and governance compliance.
