Job summary

PROJECT SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior AWS Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Team Lead) to design, implement, and lead hybrid infrastructure operations across AWS cloud and on-premises systems. You will lead a distributed team and drive architecture decisions, governance, and automation to optimize costs and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced AWS technical skills, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions with security and compliance in mind.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments.
• At least 3 years of focused experience designing, deploying, or managing AWS services.
• Proven ability to lead and grow a technical operations team in a complex enterprise environment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional infrastructure domains (network, endpoint, security).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions for hybrid environments.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers (20-30).
• Drive automation and orchestration using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Oversee governance, security, and compliance across ITIL/ISO frameworks.
• Manage migrations, DR setups, and cost optimization initiatives.
