Proven experience operating AWS cloud environments at scale.
Strong proficiency with AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and identity and access management in AWS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Relevant AWS certifications are highly desirable.
Hands‑on experience with automation and configuration management tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms across development, staging, and production environments, including compute, storage, virtualisation, and supporting systems.
Support infrastructure modernisation and on‑premises to cloud migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Administer and optimise virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), including patching, capacity planning, performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational support for critical platform services.
Implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support platform stability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
