Job summary

GIC Private Limited is seeking an AVP/VP in the Operational Risk Management team to lead third-party risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and risk analytics. You will challenge TPRM policies and provide independent second-line input while partnering with Line 1 to strengthen oversight.

The role focuses on reviewing vendor assessments, monitoring KRIs/KPIs, and driving data analytics and AI/LLM tools to enhance due diligence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in third‑party risk management or vendor due diligence.
• Strong methodologies for risk assessment across the vendor lifecycle.
• Understanding of service delivery risk and fraud risk in outsourcing.
• Ability to synthesize information and present clear risk conclusions to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent ORM as a value partner in 2nd LOD to the TPRM team.
• Provide independent input into policy, governance, and escalation processes.
• Review third-party due diligence and risk assessments of vendors.
• Monitor and report on third-party service delivery and fraud risk with KRIs/KPIs.
• Advise stakeholders on risk matters during vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Lead thematic reviews and contribute to building the team's assessment capability.
