Job summary

We seek a sales-focused professional to grow our client franchise globally while delivering high-touch service and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires experience in real-time client-facing functions, 2–5 years in financial sales, and fluency in English and Mandarin to support cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow the client franchise globally through the introduction to QCP's product and solutions - primarily qualifying and handling inbound client flow.
• Provide consistent high-touch service to valued prospects / clients throughout their journey with the firm.
• Support the Sales Team in any campaign / initiative roll outs for client engagement.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve client experience and meet client demands.
• Assist in any implementation enhancements to existing client service workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in real-time client-facing functions, especially regional corporates or UHNW clients.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coverage role in a Financial Institution Industry is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are crucial.
• Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products (e.g. Spot, Options, Structured products) as well as general understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, including solving issues under high pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to be able to facilitate clients and cross departmental communication.
• Native-speaker or fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
