Job summary

QCP, Asia's leading digital asset partner, is seeking a dynamic sales professional to identify, acquire, and onboard institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients across the region.

You will tailor digital asset solutions including spot trading, options, and structured products; lead client meetings and presentations; and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and ensure an exceptional client experience. Native Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital assets or financial markets preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong sales track record and strategic planning skills.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients to grow the regional franchise.
• Understand client trading needs and provide tailored digital asset solutions (spot OTC/API, options, structured products).
• Lead client meetings and give compelling presentations.
• Gather market and client feedback to support new product development.
• Drive expansion of the client footprint and conduct comprehensive user mapping.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute growth initiatives for attracting and retaining clients.
• Provide insights into target client segments while analyzing competitor offerings.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout sales and after-sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional/corporate and high-net-worth clients to grow the client franchise in the region.
• Solution and build client relationships by understanding their trading needs and providing tailored solutions relating to digital assets including spot trading (OTC / API), options, and/or structured products.
• Lead client meetings and conduct presentations.
• Gather market and client feedback to support the development of new product offerings.
• Drive the expansion of the client footprint and conduct comprehensive user-mapping.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create and execute growth initiatives for attracting and retaining clients.
• Provide insights into the needs of target client segments while analyzing competitor product offerings.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional experience throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Requirements

• Only candidates with prior experience in the digital assets space will be considered.
• Candidates with relevant financial markets experience in wealth management is a plus but not priority.
• Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients and has existing relationships.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Achiever who can translate strategy into plans, and plans into actions.
• Native-speaker or fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
