Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or related field; CFA, CA, or CPA qualification preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or real estate finance.
• Prior experience within a REIT, real estate fund manager, or regional real estate platform strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, debt structuring, and treasury operations.
• Highly independent with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the group's capital structure, including debt financing, refinancing, and hedging strategies across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Oversee banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities, term loans, and revolving credit lines.
• Monitor covenant compliance, liquidity positions, and funding requirements across the regional portfolio.
• Support debt capital markets activities, including bond issuances and loan syndication.
• Work closely with Legal, Tax, Investment, and Asset Management teams on transaction execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and financial systems enhancements.
