Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. is seeking a seasoned treasury professional to lead debt portfolio management and funding strategy across the Real Estate Platform Investment segment in Singapore.

The candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders to address cash flow requirements, evaluate funding for investments, and manage documentation for loans while overseeing hedging exposures and loan portfolio metrics. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant working experience in treasury or related field.
• Experience in corporate treasury and hedging is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt portfolios and coordinate with internal stakeholders on cash flow needs.
• Evaluate funding strategies for new investments and existing debt.
• Review and complete funding documentation for bilateral/syndicated loans (corporate or project).
• Evaluate hedging strategies for interest rate and foreign currency exposures.
• Track and monitor loan portfolio including costs, covenants, and refinancing needs.
• Prepare or review quarterly investor reports and group treasury reporting; present board papers on funding and hedging strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage debt portfolios and work with various internal stakeholders to address cash flow requirements
• Evaluate, analyse and recommend appropriate funding strategy for new investments and existing debt
• Review and complete documentation to facilitate funding by bilateral/syndicated loans (corporate or project)
• Evaluate, analyse and recommend hedging strategy for interest rate and foreign currency exposures
• Track and monitor loan portfolio, including interest costs, loan covenants and reviewing refinancing needs
• Prepare or review quarterly investor reports, periodic group treasury reporting, recommendation/board papers on funding and hedging strategies

Job Requirements

Pre-requisites

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 6 to 8 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience in corporate treasury and hedging will be an added advantage
• A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized and able to learn quickly and independently with strong analytical skills
• A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to work well with different functions and levels
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment
• Experience in the supervisory role
