Job summary

FP Global seeks a Supervisor/AVP – Real Estate Fund Administration to lead a small team and oversee day-to-day fund administration for real estate investment structures in a regulated environment.

You will supervise junior staff, coordinate NAV reviews, financial statements, capital calls and investor reporting, and act as a key contact for clients, auditors, and stakeholders while partnering with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in fund administration, accounting, asset management, or financial services.
• Exposure to real estate, real assets, or alt investment fund structures.
• Experience supervising junior teammates within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of a portfolio of real estate and alt investment funds.
• Oversee NAV calculations and books/records review.
• Coordinate financial statements, periodic reports, and investor reporting.
