Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, digital delivery, or related roles, including experience leading enterprise or internal platforms in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for corporate, enterprise, or shared-service environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery, Scrum practices, product discovery, MVP definition, and requirements documentation.
  • Experience using data and product analytics to define KPIs, evaluate outcomes, and drive prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with enterprise domains such as HCM, ERP, compliance systems, workflow automation, business applications, or internal productivity tools.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, influencing in matrixed organizations, and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
  • Understanding of system integration concepts, API ecosystems, SaaS products, and legacy modernization considerations.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, access management, and enterprise risk considerations relevant to digital products.
  • Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, facilitation, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product vision, value proposition, lifecycle plans, and multi-year roadmaps for enterprise platforms across Finance technology, HR technology, ERP, compliance technology, internal tools, and business applications.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, business owners, architecture, engineering, security, data, operations, and vendors to align product priorities with corporate strategy, risk requirements, and target business outcomes.
  • Own product discovery by conducting user research, service design workshops, process mapping, and problem framing to identify high-value opportunities and validate solution options.
  • Own product budgets, including annual planning, forecasting, business case development, spend tracking, benefits realization, and investment prioritization across the product portfolio.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs to support agile delivery teams.
  • Drive execution through Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning input, release planning, dependency management, and MVP scoping.
  • Establish and track OKRs, KPIs, adoption metrics, operational performance indicators, and product analytics to measure value realization and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Build business cases using ROI, TCO, risk, and operational impact analysis to support investment decisions, sequencing, and vendor selection.
  • Lead vendor evaluation, SaaS assessment, commercial collaboration, and third-party delivery governance to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
  • Guide integration strategy across APIs, enterprise systems, data platforms, and legacy environments to improve interoperability, data quality, and end-to-end process performance.
  • Embed data governance, privacy-by-design, access control, and compliance considerations into product decisions in partnership with relevant control and assurance functions.
  • Champion change enablement, stakeholder communications, training strategy, and user adoption plans to support successful rollout and sustained business adoption.
  • Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product management standards, ways of working, and continuous improvement across the organization.
