Job summary

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in banking, wealth management or financial services.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, compliance processes, KYC/AML.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist front office and ARMs with transactional activity, onboarding, and account maintenance.
- Respond to client queries and coordinate follow-ups.
- Support onboarding pipeline prioritization with timely information sharing.
- Identify process efficiency opportunities and assist in change initiatives.
- Adhere to controls for ARM-owned processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, Suitability, Tax, KYC, and AML requirements.
- Maintain updated client records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams.
