Job summary

DBS seeks an AVP, Software Engineer in Test in Singapore East to lead testing for Core Banking solutions and enterprise integrations. You will translate testing strategies into robust plans, design scenarios, and develop advanced automation capabilities, including AI-assisted test data generation and prompt engineering frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software testing efforts in banking/FS industry.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking deposits and lending modules.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright/Selenium or similar tools.
• Proven ability to create structured test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted testing and data generation.
• Experience with API, UI, and mainframe-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate testing strategies into actionable plans and test data patterns.
• Coordinate functional and non-functional testing across Core Banking apps and integrations.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered test case generation and data tooling.
• Identify automation candidates and expand automation coverage.
• Lead end-to-end testing for APIs, UI, file interfaces, queues, and service meshes.
• Track progress and contribute to quality dashboards and metrics.
