ST Engineering is seeking an IT Business Partner to drive effective IT service delivery for a designated Business Area. The role reports to the VP of IT and BA leadership, balancing governance with strategic IT planning.

The incumbent will lead a team of IT partners, manage budgets and SLAs, and collaborate with senior management to ensure IT initiatives align with Group IT direction and business goals within ST Engineering.

Formación

• 10+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in director/deputy director level leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security systems, web/portal app development, and SAP ERP processes.
• Led medium-to-large IT projects (project value > S$1 million).
• Experience in an IT shared services or business partnership role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, with senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Define IT strategy for the Business Area and align with Group IT strategy.
• Oversee IT budget, cost charge-out, vendors, contracts, and lead a team of IT partners/project managers.
• Ensure quality IT service delivery and meet SLAs; engage stakeholders to capture IT needs.
• Mentor and supervise project managers; manage programs and projects end-to-end.
• Provide IT governance guidance to business units and ensure compliance with policies.
