Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to bridge development and operations, leading DevSecOps toolchain administration and automation for digital banking solutions.

You will manage tools like Blackduck Hub, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus; integrate AI-driven capabilities, ensure compliance, and mentor teams through trainings that uplift DevOps maturity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAST/SCA/DAST/IAST methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and IaC.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all DevSecOps tools including Blackduck Hub, Coverity, Contrast, Jenkins and SonarQube.
• Plan and execute upgrades and patches for tools and infrastructure.
• Monitor compliance with policies and industry standards.
• Develop automation scripts for tool configuration, deployment and monitoring.
• Set up proactive monitoring and troubleshoot tool integration and performance.
• Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities to enhance security scanning and code quality.
