Job summary

ETHOZ Group Ltd is seeking an experienced AVP, Credit Administration in Singapore to lead and oversee the end-to-end credit administration function, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and efficient loan processing.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in leadership, strong knowledge of credit documentation, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of credit documentation, loan administration, and compliance.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, preparation, and execution of credit and loan documentation.
• Oversee the end-to-end credit administration process from approval through disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor documentation exceptions and outstanding conditions.
• Manage daily credit administration operations and service standards.
• Establish robust documentation controls and workflows.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Oversee system updates, data integrity, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Act as escalation point for complex documentation matters.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, borrowers, and business partners.
• Liaise with regional and China-based stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Lead support for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Drive remediation and continuous improvement actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Support succession planning and performance management.
