Job summary

CAAS, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, is seeking an experienced and proactive aviation safety professional to join the ANS Safety Division under the Safety Partnership team. You will champion strategic operational safety partnership initiatives to uphold and enhance a positive safety culture across ANSG.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices, lead safety culture transformation, and drive continual improvements in safety standards.

Qualifications

• Air Navigation Services operational experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, and aviation regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with safety management systems and safety performance monitoring in air navigation services.
• Experience in safety culture transformation and organisational change management.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging external and internal stakeholders, including multi-agency and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work well independently while being a strong team player.
• Highly driven and energetic, able to thrive and deliver results in fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to balance different perspectives and deliver mutually advantageous outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic safety partnership initiatives to enhance safety and operational excellence within ANSG.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ATS, ANS (E), NGPO) to promote best practices and improve safety standards.
• Establish and maintain strong partner relationships to address safety challenges and promote positive safety culture.
• Provide strategic guidance to the Safety Partnership - Operations to align with organisational goals and safety culture.
• Drive development of innovative safety partnership programs using industry best practices to enhance safety culture.
