Job summary

Magellan Aviation in Singapore is seeking a Product Support Executive to join our growing Product Support team. The role focuses on repair coordination, technical support, and delivering exceptional service to customers and vendors.

You will act as the bridge between customers, repair vendors, and internal teams, manage repair workflows, investigate issues, and ensure accurate documentation while contributing to process improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in product support, technical support, repair coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience within aviation, aerospace, MRO, engineering, or technical aftermarket industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor repair workflows to ensure timely turnaround and resolution.
• Provide customers and internal teams with accurate product and service information; investigate technical issues.
• Escalate complex technical matters when appropriate and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Serve as primary point of contact for repair vendors and internal stakeholders; provide status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and service delivery; support documentation and training.
