Job summary

Omega AS is seeking an aviation operations professional to develop and steward flight schedules, assign air transport services personnel, and oversee contracted aviation support activities. You will ensure ad-hoc flight requirements are approved and charged to the correct cost center, while supervising check-in operations and related services for the Company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, English or other.
• Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• Good computing skills including use of Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in remote, changing environment.
• Experience in implementing and following new procedures, work practices or systems, particularly new databases, planning tools and record keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward flight schedules and assign air transport services personnel.
• Ensure ad-hoc flight requirements are approved and charged to the cost center.
• Provide supervision of contracted aviation support services including check-in operations.
• Capture and record KPIs for air transportation services and manage KPI database.
• Maintain quality personnel profile data and keep database up-to-date.
• Carry after-hours/weekend duty phone as required and respond to calls.
